1、高速动车组空调 High Speed EMU A/C高速动车组空调具有噪声低、温度调节精度高的特点,并具有压力波保护功能以免动车组隧道运行或会车时产生的剧烈压力波动影响乘客的舒适性。我们成功研制了配套CRH380B、CRH5系列、CRH2系列及中国标准动车组的空调系统。
High Speed EMU A/C features low noise and high temperature regulation precision, and has pressure wave protection function to prevent violent pressure fluctuation generated while EMU runs in tunnels or passes by other trains from impairing comfort of passengers. We have successfully developed A/C systems for CRH380B, CRH5, and CRH2 series and EMUs per China’s standards.
2、城际动车组空调 Intercity EMU A/C
城际动车组空调具有噪声低、降温迅速的特点,并具有压力波保护功能以免动车组隧道运行或会车时产生的剧烈压力波动影响乘客的舒适性。我们成功研制了配套CRH6A、CRH6F、CRH3A、CRH3F、KDZ10及KDZ16城际动车组的空调系统。
Intercity EMUA/C features low noise and rapid cooling, and has pressure wave protection function to prevent violent pressure fluctuation generated while EMU runs in tunnels or passes by other trains from impairing comfort of passengers. 城市轨道车辆包括地铁、单轨、轻轨、有轨电车、市域车等,我们能够根据各城市的运行环境特点配套性能可靠的环保型城市轨道车辆空调、以及满足不同客户的节能、耐高温、防风沙、薄型、低噪声、一体化等特殊需求。目前已经为中国的香港、北京、广州、深圳、重庆、成都、天津、大连、南昌、长春、兰州、厦门、沈阳、福州、武汉、佛山等城市配套了城市轨道车辆空调,并为麦加、德黑兰、布宜诺斯艾利斯、拉合尔地铁车辆配套空调。
Urban rail vehicles include subway, mono rail, light rail, tram and regional rail. --节能型空调 Energy Efficient A/C
通过采用变频控制技术、并联压缩机技术、热泵等技术而实现节能。
Variable frequency control, paralleled compressor and heat pump techniques are used to realize energy efficiency.
变频技术:通过调节压缩机频率实现节能:压缩机自动适应负荷变化而变频运行,运行频率降低时能效比提高而节能的同时减小车厢内温度波动;节省空调负荷变化过程中压缩机频繁启停的能量耗损。
Variable frequency technique:Energy efficiency is achieved by regulating frequency of compressor. The compressor adapts to load variation automatically and runs at variable frequency. When operating frequency drops, energy efficiency ratio is improved to reduce temperature fluctuation in the cab while saving energy so that energy loss during frequent start/stop of compressor during A/C load variation can be saved.
并联压缩机技术:利用外部管路将两台压缩机连结在一起而形成并联压缩机、并共用一套换热器,当空调负荷需求下降时停止1台压缩机的运行将使能效比得到很大提升而节能;同时实现多级能力调节而减少压缩机启停频次、同时减小车厢内温度波动。
Paralleled compressor technique:Two compressors are connected with external pipelines to form paralleled compressors that share the same heat exchangers. When A/C load demand drops, 1 compressor can be stopped to greatly improve energy efficiency ratio and save energy. Also, multi-grade capacity regulation is realized to reduce frequency of start/stop of compressor and temperature fluctuation in cab.

High Temperature Resistant, Weatherproof, Thin, Mute and Integrated A/C
耐高温空调 High Temperature Resistant A/C:
选用适应高温运行的制冷剂和压缩机,通过制冷系统各部件的合理设计,使空调机组适用于高温地区。
Refrigerant and compressor suitable for operation at high temperature are selected. A/C units apply to high temperature regions by designing all components in the cooling system properly.
防风沙空调 Weatherproof A/C:
采用公司的自动排沙专利技术,利用冷凝腔底板适当的斜度、冷凝风机作用及车辆的振动,将进入冷凝腔的沙尘从机组冷凝腔两侧面适当设置的排沙孔排出空调机组外,在列车运行过程中被两侧的风吹走。
Our patented automatic dust-removing technology is adopted to remove dust entering condensation chamber of the A/C unit through dust holes appropriately located on both sides of the condensation chamber with the aid of the appropriately sloped bottom plate of the condensation chamber, the condensation fan and vibration of the vehicles, which will be blown away by wind whistling by both sides of the train during its operation.
低噪声空调 Low Noise A/C:
通过优化匹配设计、应用低转速低噪声风机,并采用减震措施而实现空调机组的低噪声。双层夹板底板结构及消声阻尼技术、配合出风消声风道而有效地降低空调机组噪声对车辆客室的影响。
Low noise of A/C unit is realized by optimizing and matching design, applying low rpm and low noise fans and taking damping measures. The double-layered laminated bottom plate structure and silencing and damping technology plus silencing air duct at air outlet effectively reduce the impact of noise generated by A/C unit on compartments in vehicles.
4、干线铁路客车空调 PDL A/C
具备配套干线铁路全系列客车车型空调的能力,而且是国内车辆厂的青藏线铁路客车空调专门供应商。
We are capable of providing A/C for full range of PDL rolling stocks as a dedicated supplier of A/C units for passenger trains shuttling in Qinghai-Tibet railway lines.
